Cenlocal is operated by Cenplus Pty Ltd (ABN 92 160 933 835), which publishes this directory at https://cenlocal.au/. Contact us at contact@cenlocal.au. CENLOCAL® is a registered Australian trade mark. Cenlocal is separate from the businesses listed in the directory: it does not own, control, employ, endorse, supervise or act as agent for them, and it does not supply the goods or services they offer.

Listing information is supplied by business owners or compiled from information that businesses have made available. Before you engage a business, please satisfy yourself independently that it is appropriately qualified, licensed, registered, insured and suitable for what you need. Cenlocal does not verify licences, qualifications, insurance or the quality of any work.

Any contract for goods or services is between you and that business. Complaints about goods or services should be raised with the business, and then with your state or territory consumer affairs office or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Cenlocal is an online directory of Australian businesses. You may use the directory to find businesses and, if you own or represent a business, to list it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply and for having the authority to publish it.

We may decline, edit, suspend or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or that does not meet our content standards.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST is included. The free Basic package carries basic business information only. The Standard, Featured and Premium packages are paid annual packages, and each listing receives only the features included in the package it has paid for.

Your listing content is reviewed and approved before any paid package can be started. You are never charged for a listing that is not approved.

We may change prices and inclusions from time to time. A change to your price takes effect at your next renewal, and we will tell you before it applies.

Paid packages renew automatically each year until you cancel. PayPal takes the renewal payment on the renewal date shown in your dashboard.

You can stop automatic renewal at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid features continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, subject to these terms. Your listing content is kept even after paid features stop being shown, and your listing continues under the free Basic package.

If a renewal payment fails, we will let you know and allow a grace period of 14 days before the listing returns to the Basic package. Paid features may be withdrawn immediately if a payment is refunded or reversed, or where fraud is confirmed.

Cenlocal may grant a complimentary package to a business at its discretion, including PRZ Premium, a promotional client benefit for a business with an active eligible search-engine optimisation plan from PRZ Websites. PRZ Premium is provided through PRZ Websites and is not connected to PRZ Tax & Accounting, does not include accounting or taxation services, and is not included with every PRZ Websites service.

Eligibility for a client benefit depends on maintaining an approved and active eligible PRZ Websites SEO plan, and is confirmed by a Cenlocal administrator. A complimentary package has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another unrelated business.

A complimentary package never renews as a paid Cenlocal subscription automatically, and no payment is taken while it is active. Where practical we will give notice before a benefit is removed. If eligibility ends, you may choose the normal paid Premium package yourself; if you do not, the listing simply returns to the free Basic package after the stated grace period. Your listing, ownership and payment history are kept.

A complimentary package does not guarantee traffic, enquiries, sales or search-engine rankings.

A paid listing places your business in the Cenlocal directory with the features of your package. Paid placement does not guarantee traffic, enquiries, sales or search-engine rankings, and we do not promise any particular commercial result.

PayPal processes payment information for Cenlocal. We do not receive or store card details. Your use of PayPal is also subject to PayPal's own terms.

Enquiry forms on eligible listings send your message to the business, and a copy of your confirmation to you. Do not use enquiry forms for unlawful, abusive or bulk messaging. We may block or remove messages that breach this.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the service or refunding the amount paid for the period affected.
