REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Refund and Cancellation Policy

How cancellation works, and how we assess refund requests for paid listing packages.

Cancelling a package

You can stop automatic renewal at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future annual payments. Your paid features continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your listing continues under the free Basic package. Your listing content is not deleted.

Prices

Cenlocal is operated by Cenplus Pty Ltd (ABN 92 160 933 835). All prices are in Australian dollars and GST is included. Paid packages are billed annually. PayPal processes the payment; Cenlocal does not hold card details.

Requesting a refund

Send refund requests to contact@cenlocal.au with your business name and the date of payment. We will acknowledge your request and tell you the outcome in writing.

Each request is assessed on its circumstances. We will generally refund where a payment was taken in error, where a duplicate payment was taken, where a paid feature was not made available to you, or where we are required to refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

We generally do not refund the remainder of an annual period simply because you have changed your mind after the paid features have been provided, or because a listing did not produce a particular number of enquiries, visitors or sales. Paid placement does not guarantee traffic, enquiries, sales or search-engine rankings.

Changing packages

Cenlocal does not part-charge or part-refund a mid-year package change. To move to a different package, stop the renewal on your current package and start the new package; the new package begins when you choose it, and only one active package applies to a listing at a time.

Failed and reversed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we notify you and allow a short grace period before the listing returns to the Basic package. If a payment is refunded or reversed, or fraud is confirmed, paid features may be withdrawn immediately. Listing content is retained in all cases.

Your rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded. See also our Terms and Conditions.
