Use Cenlocal lawfully, honestly and for its purpose: finding Australian businesses and publishing accurate information about your own business.

Cenlocal is operated by Cenplus Pty Ltd (ABN 92 160 933 835).

• publish false, misleading or unauthorised business information;
• impersonate another person, business or Cenlocal itself;
• use enquiry forms or the contact form for marketing, bulk or repeated messaging;
• send abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful messages;
• upload malware, or content that infringes copyright, trade marks or privacy;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-copy listings or contact details, or use automated tools to submit forms or create accounts;
• attempt to access accounts, records or administrative areas that are not yours;
• interfere with the security, availability or performance of the website.

Enquiry forms exist so a customer can contact a business about its goods or services. Messages are checked for spam and abuse, and repeated or duplicate submissions are limited. Messages that breach this policy may be blocked, flagged or removed.

Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

We may remove content, block messages, suspend a listing or close an account. Serious matters may be reported to the relevant authority. Removing content for a breach does not entitle you to a refund, except where the Refund and Cancellation Policy or Australian law requires one.
