Melbourne Fashion Week runs from 19 to 25 October 2026, bringing presentations, exhibitions and discussions to venues across the city. The programme announced in September includes more than 100 free and ticketed events involving over 300 designers and retailers.
Seven premium runways are scheduled. The opening ganbu marra runway is at the National Gallery of Victoria on 19 October, followed by Cult Status at State Library Victoria on 21 October. Younghusband hosts The Edit on 22 October and Student Collections on 23 October.
City Square is scheduled to host two daytime runways on 24 October featuring City of Melbourne-based designers and retailers. The closing Wear the Moment runway takes place at 1 Hotel Melbourne on 25 October. Fashion Capsules also runs from 28 September to 25 October across five locations.
